Located in Bailey, just an easy one-hour drive from Denver, you’ll be greeted with views that take your breath away. Plenty of hiking, biking, kayaking, and fly fishing nearby. Several popular ski resorts are within 1 – 2 hours.

The Space
This A-frame sits at 9,000 ft on over an acre and is surrounded by beautiful pine trees and aspens. It’s ideal for reconnecting with wellbeing and nature or for finding new adventures. The home has three levels – main, loft and basement – perfect for one couple and roomy enough for 6. Sleeping arrangement include 1 queen bed in the loft bedroom, twin bed in both basement bedrooms and a full size futon in the basement sitting room.
Beautiful Views + Outdoors
Sometimes all it takes to get recharged and reinspired is a change of scenery and getting outdoors. Take your cup of joe out on the front deck and watch the sunrise. From the back deck, gaze in awe over the mountain tops as you watch the sunset. Unwind in the mineral hot tub. Walk through the aspens or stargaze from the treehouse. Grill your favorite foods or set up a picnic under the pine trees.
Entertainment
Take your pick of pool, foosball, darts, corn hole, board games, puzzles, and card games. Or cozy up on the couch and binge watch that show you’ve been hearing about. The 50″ smart tv features a built-in Fire TV experience, allowing you to access all your favorite streaming services and apps. When you’re ready to wind down, step up into the zen loft and stretch out on the yoga mats or read a book. Or take a steaming lavender bath in the antique clawfoot tub.
Main Level
Walk through the dining room that seats 6 into an open kitchen stocked with all the essentials. The coffee carousel includes not only coffee but also tea and hot cocoa. A full bath is also on this level. The spacious living room includes a smart tv, a cozy wood-burning fireplace and a treasure chest full of games and puzzles. Spread out the floor cushions in front of the fire. Take your cup of coffee out on the front deck and watch the sunrise. Be sure not to miss the sunset on the back deck, also ideal for star-gazing.
Loft Bedroom
Spiral stairs lead up to french doors that open to a dreamy queen loft bedroom.
Basement
Located downstairs are both twin bedrooms and a sitting room that includes a futon which folds out to a comfy full size bed. A fan of wine? You’ll love the wine barrel vanity in the bathroom. Like baths? Soak in the vintage cast iron claw foot tub and relax or soothe sore muscles. Competitive? The game room comes completed with a pool table, foosball and darts. The patio doors lead to a 6-person mineral hot tub.
Loft Zen Space
A second spiral staircase takes you up to the space that features yoga mats, straps and meditation cushions. Read a book, get grounded, get inspired, or take in the mountain views.
Dog-Friendly
Front deck and side yard are fenced in for pets.
It’s easier to getaway if you can bring the fur kids. They will have a large fenced-in yard to chase chipmunks and wear themselves out.

- No campfires
- Pets are allowed. No more than 2 house-trained, well-behaved dogs per reservation.
Health & safety
- Security camera/recording device on exterior of property. No cameras inside.
- Cabin is kid-friendly but not child-proof.
- Spiral staircases and basement steps are fun for the fit and agile...not so much for those with limited mobility.
Cancellation policy
Full refund on cancellations made within 48 hours of booking if check-in date is at least 14 days away.
50% refund on cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in.
No refunds made within 7 days of check-in.
